Our relegation from the National League was confirmed at the end of last season, but we must ensure this is only a set-back on our journey.

Over the last few years, we have made excellent strides in our overall aim and ambition of creating lasting memories and experiences for fans of Kidderminster Harriers – to re-energise them and make them passionate about and proud of their football club again.

With The FA Cup run, play-off campaigns and promotion, we have achieved a lot. That is not negated by relegation.

It is painful in the short term, especially for our incredible supporters, partners, and sponsors. But it is only a set-back, a temporary disappointment.

So much of what we have achieved has been on the back of what remains strong at Aggborough – a robust foundation financially and commercially thanks to the hard work of those who drive us forward in those areas.

Now, we must use that to push forward again under Phil Brown and Neil McDonald who, I’m happy to say, have agreed extended contracts with us for the next two seasons. They share my ambitions and those of our supporters to return to the National League quickly, and that is our aim.

A sign of that off-field strength I’ve mentioned was evident last week with another highly successful event at The Aggborough Suite: An Evening With Stuart Pearce.

Being able to attract such a high-profile name speaks to the quality of our events programme, with Ian Holloway and Steve Bull still set to visit us in the coming months.

Our official, free club App has been downloaded over 1,000 times in its first few weeks. It has proven to be a great asset to us in having a new way to connect with fans. We’ve already pushed out some great offers and content via the App, so get it now if you haven’t already.

Soon we’ll be releasing details of new Season Ticket and hospitality packages for the new campaign. Exciting times are ahead for our club. We need all of you along for the ride.
