A MAN has been charged with two counts of criminal damage and breaching a supervision order following his arrest earlier this week.
Matthew Lavalle appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates' Court yesterday (Wednesday 10 January) where he pled not guilty.
The 41-year-old, of Corndon Close, Kidderminster, was bailed to appear again on March 26.
Lavalle was arrested by officers from the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team in North Worcestershire.
A man, aged 51, was also arrested for assisting an offender, and another man, aged 42, was reported for obstructing the police.
